Satya is a Research Analyst with the High-tech Geopolitics programme at Takshahsila. His research primarily focuses on Technology policy, Semiconductor Geopolitics, and AI Governance. He also curates the HTG programme’s flagship newsletter, Technopolitik.
A graduate of the National Law School of India University, Bangalore, he has completed Takshashila’s GCPP (Technology and Policy) and now teaches modules on semiconductors, AI governance, and responsible strategy in the same course.

A mechanical engineer by qualification and a businessman by profession, Yusuf is an Adjunct Scholar at Takshashila. He has a keen interest in defence and geopolitics and runs India's largest online discussion forum on defence and strategic affairs.

Piyush Singh is a lawyer by education and a public policy professional. He was working as a Junior Research Associate with Takshashila. His areas of interests included Foreign Affairs, Political Risk Analysis, Political Science, and Government Studies. He has a Masters degree in Contemporary China Studies from the Renmin University of China.

Ashwin is a Staff Research Analyst working with the High-Tech Geopolitics Programme at the Takshashila Institution. He monitors the evolution of India as a space power by undertaking policy research on the commercial, legal, and strategic aspects of outer space affairs from an Indian national interest perspective.

Agastya Bhatia is a junior double majoring in IA and economics. He is regionally interested in South Asia and the Asia Pacific region. He has worked under Dr. Ollapally on issues regarding Sino-Indian border conflict in the past. He is also a member of the Delta Phi Epsilon Professional Foreign Service Fraternity at GWU.

Anwesha Sen is an Assistant Programme Manager for the Graduate Certificate in Public Policy (Defence & Foreign Affairs) programme at Takshashila Institution. She holds a Master's in Human Rights and International Politics from the University of Glasgow and also researches AI governance and tech policy in India.

PM Heblikar used to work as the Special Secretary in the Government of India. He specializes in insurgency and counter-insurgency developments in India’s northeast region and in its neighborhood.

Ananya Rao was working as an intern at Takshashila from May 2020 to July 2020. She is currently working as a Research Associate at the Ashoka Trust for Research in Ecology and the Environment (ATREE). She is part of a team working on capacity building for Community Forest Resource Rights management in Chhattisgarh.

Pranav Valmeekanathan used to work as an Associate Programme Manager at the Takshashila Institution from May to July 2020. He is a Political Science and Economics Graduate from Ashoka University. With a robust foundation in public and foreign policy, he has also has stints in venture capital and entrepreneurship.

Aarushi Kataria was a Junior Research Scholar at the Takshashila Institution and contributed to the 20 Million Jobs project. She graduated from the Ashoka University in economics and political science. Her research interests lie at the intersection of politics and economics.

Rohan Pai was an Assistant Programme Manager with the Defence & Foreign Affairs programme at Takshashila Institution.

Rohan graduated from Ashoka University with a bachelor’s degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Media Studies.

Shreya Ramann is a lawyer currently working as an Associate at Trilegal in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) Practice. She is a graduate of NLU Delhi and has worked at Swaniti Initiative. Her research interests are technology law and policy.

Atish used to manage Takshashila’s digital properties, including its website and social media pages. He also designed collaterals for branding & outreach, and was involved in the organizing public and alumni-only events.

Akshay Alladi is a policy enthusiast currently working in the startup ecosystem. He has an MBA from IIM Calcutta and a former management consultant who worked at Mckinsey and Flipkart. He is currently working as a Director, Portfolio Support Group of Advent International.

Rakshith Shetty is a Research Analyst with the Indo-Pacific Studies Programme at the Takshashila Institution. His long-term project at Takshashila is working on China's Domestic Policies on Green Energy Capacities and Technologies, with a particular emphasis on their implications for India. His research interests span across Chinese politics, green technology, and the intricate dynamics of India-China relations.

Prasanna Naidu is a video producer with the Takshashila Institution.

He has previously worked as an advocate in Mumbai’s District and Magistrate courts. Then, he learnt video editing and started his own YouTube channels.

Sakshi Arora was an intern working at Takshashila from July to September 2020. She is currently working as an Associate Consultant at Sattva Consulting. She has also previously worked with the Government of Karnataka as an intern in the Sakala Mission - Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms (e-Governance).

Shankar Khasnis is a business and strategy consultant. With over 20 years’ experience, Shankar has served a wide spectrum of clients across industries both in India and around the world. An engineer from Bangalore University, Shankar is responsible for assessing market opportunities & advising clients on investment ecosystems to deliver successful business results.

Shivam Mani is an undergrad studying Political Science, Chinese/Global China Studies at Duke/Duke Kunshan University. He is interested in history, politics, international affairs, and Chinese language with a particular interest in South/East Asian, and Middle Eastern history.
