Shekhar Sathe is a banking and finance professional based in Mumbai. He is currently the director at Infinitum Production Pvt Ltd. He has spent a majority of his career as an investment banker with Kotak Mahindra.

Shrey was a Staff Research Analyst with Takshashila’s Indo-Pacific Studies Programme. His work covered India’s diplomacy and security interactions in the neighbourhood and broader Indo-Pacific region.

Leah is a Programme Manager for the Graduate Certificate in Public Policy (Defence & Foreign Affairs) programme at Takshashila Institution.

Ruturaj was a Research Analyst at Takshahila, primarily working under the Advanced Biology programme from 2020 to 2022. He was involved in projects related to Science Diplomacy and the Biodiversity Act.

Anup is an Electronics Engineer who has worked with some of the biggest semiconductor firms. He currently is the co-founder of a startup, NUJ AI. He is interested in the applications of Machine Learning, Industrial IoT, Computer Vision and AI at scale.

Samparna is currently working as as the Head of Product at Goodmeetings. She previously worked with the Government of Odisha as a Communications Specialist. She has also done Takshashila’s PGP in Public Policy. Her research interests span the Indian semiconductor industry and its related policies.

Mahek worked as an Assistant Programme Manager at Takshashila. She has completed her Post-Graduation in Development Studies from Azim Premji University, Bangalore.

Col Vikrant S Shinde is a serving officer in the Indian Army. He was commissioned in 2000 in the Infantry. He is a graduate of Defence Services Staff College and Army War College. Currently, he is associated with The Takshashila Institution as a Research Fellow in the Defence Fellowship Programme.

Pranathi was an intern with the Public Health and Life Sciences Research team in 2021. Her research interests included vaccine diplomacy and public health.

Aparna Pande is Research Fellow & Director of Hudson Institute’s Initiative on the Future of India and South Asia.

Sourav Mannaraprayil is the Communications Manager at Takshashila Institution. He is a digital marketing professional and creative enthusiast with a passion for photography. He graduated from George Brown College, Toronto, and has worked in roles encompassing social media strategy, content creation, and growth hacking, notably serving as a Social Media Coordinator at Pinch Social.

Bhumika Sevkani is a Research Analyst with the Indo-pacific studies program at the Takshashila Institution. Her work focuses on China's new energy sector. Javeed Ahmad is an Adjunct Distinguished Fellow at Takshashila. He is a retired officer of the Indian Police Service (I.P.S) of the 1984 batch, UP cadre. He has 37 years of experience in leadership and law enforcement covering aspects including anti-corruption investigations, policy planning, crisis management and security management.

Kartik Bommakanti is a Senior Fellow with the Strategic Studies Programme at Observer Research Foundation (ORF). Kartik specialises in space military issues and his research is primarily centred on the Indo-Pacific region. He also works on emerging technologies as well as nuclear, conventional and sub-conventional coercion, particularly in the context of the Indian subcontinent and the role of great powers in the subcontinent’s strategic dynamics.

Suchir Kalra is currently an Economics and Computer Science undergrad at Ashoka University. He is interested in AI Art and Perspectives research having authored a paper on a cross linking study of Piketty's Capital and Ideology and Boo's Behind the Beautiful Flowers. His research interests lie at the intersection of technology and policy.

Vishal Ramprasad currently works as the Senior Manager, Sustainable Cities and Transport at the World Resources Institute, Mumbai. He has an MBA from EDHEC Business School. His research interests mainly include internet, social media governance and sustainability.

Rijesh is a Fellow with the High-Tech Geopolitics programme at the Takshashila Institution. He works on issues related to the evolution of and geopolitics surrounding quantum technologies.

Pranav R Satyanath was a Research Analyst working in the Strategic Studies programme at the Takshashila Institution. He works on issues related to defence technologies, nuclear politics and space policy. His research interests lie at the intersection of technology and policy.

Sridhar Krishna is a Senior Scholar at the Takshashila Institution where he led the 20 million jobs project before joining the group researching on AI Governance. He graduated from BITS, Pilani and has an MBA from SP Jain, Mumbai. He also works with ambitious young IT firms helping them scale and with a civil society organisation on judicial reform. Till recently, he was a Managing Director at Accenture where he worked on analytics and AI.

Dr Y. Nithiyanandam is a professor and the head of the Takshashila Institution's Geospatial Program. He is working on several themes in defense and national security.
